We only send our domestic packages insured with DHL Premium. Shipping takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment; deliveries to packing stations and parcel shops are also possible.

Rest of the world:

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes as well as costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. These possible additional charges are borne by the buyer. For further information or questions, please contact your responsible credit institution or customs office.

Return policy :
The products can be returned within fourteen days of receipt. The goods must be in perfect condition and undamaged, including the hangtags and protective tapes.

For returns, it is mandatory to submit a cancellation notice. Please send the completed cancellation form by email to: retoure@doutheil.com.
